High-street knitwear has improved with each season and it has never been more apparent with the latest collections stemming from H&M, in particular their ribbed knits. When I came across this dress and tried it on, I thought it reminded me of a mix of Ellery and Azzedine Alaia – the former in its design and the latter in the way it hugs the body. Add to that, this dress has some weight to it but still sways when you walk. Knitted dresses on the high street have definitely made an improvement from their previous straight up-and-down bland designs, that some of them are starting to look worth more than how affordable they cost. But not to worry, this dress and its sweater version won’t break the bank!
