It’s gift guide season and many of us are trying to figure out a bunch of things – what to cook for Christmas, what presents to buy, where to go for New Year’s etc. This is where my personalised gift guides come in handy for those of you with a little extra cash to splash this season.
Technology plays a big part in our lives nowadays and you will feel left out if you don’t have the latest iOs update on your phone for that unicorn emoji or a hovercraft to get you around the city faster. Below are some of my favourite picks including a Bluetooth Smart Ring which you can customise to vibrate whenever you get a text, call or calendar notification. So now you have no excuse to put your phone away at the dinner table ! 
SHOP TECH ITEMS
Perfumes should not be the only thing on your mind when you are gifting someone a beauty product. An eyeshadow palette or lipstick is great but nothing will score you brownie points more than a little something from La Mer. Yes, I know, it’s a pricey purchase but you can’t deny they are one of the best skincare brands out there and you only have one face for the rest of your life, so invest in it.

Until we reach Beyonce and Jay-Z status, Cartier will just have to wait a couple more Christmases before some of us see it in under our trees. But there are plenty of affordable, gold-plated jewellery pieces you can buy for a loved one. I, on the other hand, would love the Givenchy Teardrop nose ring under my Christmas tree. Yeah, it’s a bit extreme but the heart wants what it wants !

Last but not least is the travel department. Some of you will be getting on a plane this December to reunite with family or maybe you are jetting off to an exotic location. Either way, your airport game needs to be on fleek. You never know, showing up to the check-in counter carrying a Voyager weekend bag might get you that upgrade !
